I rank Friday super high in my list of movies in general because it reminds me of the best times in my life. My step brother would take me to his friends' house with him where they'd get high and play videogames, and i'm still not sure who owned the place because it was always filled with teenagers (who were all a little older than me) but everyone was smoking weed and drinking beer, and there never seemed to be any adults around, everyone just did what they wanted. Spraypaint on the walls, fridge filled with nothing but soda and beer and junkfood.They had a cozy room with beanbags and a couple couches and a little tv, and Friday always seemed to be playing in the vcr, and i'd hang out in that room because it was quiet and the only one not filled with smoke, but I still had a great time.

I was hanging out with a friend who said it was his Aunts house, and someone in the living room asked if anyone wanted burger king, and I sorta got swept up in this tide of people and ended up in this big van with like a dozen adults and teenagers i've never met in my life, but I got a free burger and coke lmao. I was so fucking dumb, but you never really think about that shit when you're younger.
