It seems to me like the new standard has become absolute slop like Stranger Things, Fallout, Mandalorian, etc. So anything that goes beyond that appears to be pure kino to the masses.

After hearing about this and the chair company i watched a few eps of each and gave up.
The ending twist was really lame and obvious. As soon as they started talking about finding descendants you knew it was going to be the son.
