Many years back, my then-gf and I attended a formal CBC event for the finale of season 2 of $chitt's Creek. This was in Vancouver, ironically right next to the infamous Main & Hastings skid row epicentre.Garofalo was there for some reason. She was chatting in the aisle with a small group of people and we had to pass close by her to find our seats. My gf's purse must have brushed Garofalo as we walked by, because it caused her wig to come askew. She stared daggers at us and i tried not to laugh.
