Made by third worlder who doesn't understand what makes american style adult animations enjoyable. It belongs to the same wave as countless browser/mobile games which have themes like removing parasites from frozen-elsas feet or, kid videos on youtube with mickey mouses parents dying in escalator accident. In indian or some other third worlders mind, his creations don't much differ from the original world they are trying to ape, but westerner adults immediately see them as gross and wrong. Some people back then thought they were made by AI, but in truth AI and third worlder have similar "thought" process when they create something like that, they just copy but don't undestand which things goes where and zero understanding about nuance.

My favourite were those insane browser ads, that had really nonsensical texts and pictures so you couldn't even guess what they were trying to promote, like picture of an eye that said "never open exist" or picture of girls with spiders for eyes which said "remember her? her shiver now!" Those really creeped people on /x/ out and felt they were created by something not human
