I actually noticed physical results, but it literally did nothing positive to my mental so i stopped. Working out, and even being in 100% perfect condition, cannot prevent a chronic, permanent illness from developing, stemming from cancer all the way to a progressive neurological illnesses like MS or AL, etc.
