Its more for tv show dramatics. No dealer has ever called any narcotic anything different than its standard name except as a code in phone calls or when they wanted to.build something up.to scam a newbie. Calling weed hydro was the go to by any dealer anf after the first couple of times you got clued in to their game. There is no hydro, its just the same shit sold at a higher price, at least in small towns.
