I don't, I tried watching the entire Bond catalogue and after they replaced Sean Connery it became so unrealistic, I had to stop watching. A man can't just randomly change appearances like that and suddenly look like another man, completely ruined Bond movies for me.

Bond is basically a modern folk hero and only works on that basis.So you can only accept he's "the same person" in the same way a mythological figure is known as having done like 10 different incredible things when it was probably a bunch of different characters who eventually got merged into one heroic figure over time. Similarly you can take his outrageous feats as similar to an exaggerated retelling.The more obvious interpretation is that there have been multiple 007s and that James Bond is a codename that is always replacing the agents actual name when one of his stories is being told to you.
