New to Bond. How do fans reconcile the fact that all these guys are the same person?
>>
>>221483226
it's called enjoying the fucking movie without thinking about reddit complaints
>>
I don't, I tried watching the entire Bond catalogue and after they replaced Sean Connery it became so unrealistic, I had to stop watching. A man can't just randomly change appearances like that and suddenly look like another man, completely ruined Bond movies for me.
>>
I don't know. All I think about is all of them inserting their penis inside me.
>>

I have never reconciled Daniel Craig as James Bond. Fucking Putin looking ass midget

The original bond, as thought up by Ian Fleming, was blond and blue eyed. He was the first true to life bond.
>>
>>221483226
What's with the outline around Craig?
>>
>>221483226
The guy on the right is fanfiction and not canon
>>
What's the in universe explanation for Bond being British but able to handle a gun without screaming in terror and urinating himself?
>>
>>221483391
It highlights the only true-to-form exemplar.

added to an image that didn't originally have him in it

You just roll with it man don't overcomplicate things

A world that isn't built on constantly regurgitated stereotypes America likes to amuse itself with while the country around them crumbles into those stereotypes.
>>
>>221483226
Surely it is either some floating timeline type thing, or it is just different versions of the same character. It is not like people struggle with the concept of say West, Keaton, Bale, Affleck, and Pattinson all played Batman, just a different Batman.

Daniel Craig has all of those.
>>
>>221483226
This image really highlights how gay Daniel Craig can't help but look in the way he carries himself. Just look at that spicy shooting stance, he looks like he's about to start a fucking dance number.

The architect is forever the best. Effortless alpha energy. Makes it look like that gun doesn't even need to be loaded and he could just run someone through with it like a saber in the hands of an expert duelist. Generational mogging.

Bond is basically a modern folk hero and only works on that basis.
So you can only accept he's "the same person" in the same way a mythological figure is known as having done like 10 different incredible things when it was probably a bunch of different characters who eventually got merged into one heroic figure over time. Similarly you can take his outrageous feats as similar to an exaggerated retelling.

The more obvious interpretation is that there have been multiple 007s and that James Bond is a codename that is always replacing the agents actual name when one of his stories is being told to you.

Brosnan could have been the best Bond if he had better writers, but he was a flanderized Americanized cartoon action hero where 90% of his scenes are just him mowing down bad guys like Rambo.
>>
>>221483591
He's literally doing that hip pivot thing women do in jean ads.
>>
>>221483676
I agree that he never got a particularly good movie, but he's still the best Bond.

daniel craig has 5 (FIVE) different gunbarrels and all of them sucked. i like casino royale as much as everyone else but it even sucked there imo. but the worst gunbarrel by far is skyfall's, i'm genuinely shocked they didn't ask for a second take of it
>>
>>221483676
Most Bond films are not good. Connery was lucky that his tenure was mostly solid, because all the other actors got one or two good movies at best.

FPBP

What really bothers me is why some people can't do that at all. They need an in-universe explanation, some quip to acknowledge it or whatever.

what the fuck is wrong with his feet holy shit

Spectre's gunbarrel is the best in the classic style, but yes it needed a second take to conceal the gun while he is walking. Otherwise for Craig it's really only Casino Royale's version.

That is exactly what a spy of his Majesty capable of blending into the background would look like.
>>
>>221483851
Lads from the north look like Tom Aspinall moreso than Daniel Craig, though
>>
>>221483991
Yeah, that's how you blend into high society at a Saudi prince party, look like a thug from Blackpool.
>>
>>221483226
Most people just think "James Bond" is a code name assigned to 007 agents, not a real name
