It was over played to high heaven but this was genuinely peak comedy. They don't make them like they used to anymore.

Bet it really bothers Jonah that Channing Tatum was funnier than him in these movies

He shows up every decade to say something funny and make us laugh. I wonder what would it be in the '30s when Disney keeps forcing him to play Gambit until he's 90 too.

21 and 22 feel like the last real blockbuster comedies. Their releases coincide almost perfectly with the complete takeover of marvelslop and the decline of mid-budget genre flicks.

I fell in love with Brie Larson in this movie

I never saw this movie until long after I heard of My Name A Jeff.
I thought the gag was that "my name a Jeff" was going to be super effective at throwing off the villains' goons.
Like they were snooping around that warehouse, and then guards were going to shout "who's in there" and tatum was gonna say "my name a Jeff" and the guards were gonna go "oh ok" and ignore them
the way the movie actually used it was very gay and deflated anything funny about it
