That whole storyline is boring and goes on forever. I like the theory that the Waif killed Arya and then took her face. People wonder why she would waste time killing Walter Frey, but she heard Arya’s list.

As much as I liked that actor, bringing him back was when I knew the show was over. Like I was still optimistic for S5, but as soon as he popped up it felt like that was the moment when the show's writing pivoted to becoming influenced by its own popularity.The only acceptable way for him to return should've been Arya disguised as him.

It did what most Medieval films don't do which is depict a setting in which you can plausibly believe there to be supernatural forces. In the Middle Ages, you really did believe there to be supernatural forces without it being canon like LotR or something. People later on became obsessed with the Fantasy aspect re: dragons, but it was best when it was just hearsay of some far away place.

I wish I could keep watching this show, but you could literally FEEL the show change from a book being adapted into tv, to just tv being tv. I forget what season the TV writers took over, but it was so palpable and gay. Literally was too distracted by the TV tropes to keep watching, which sucks cause now I don't have a show.
I stayed in the show for The Clegane Bowl. You Faceless Faggots will never understand even a shred of the disappointment I felt.
