>Is there a more hype moment in cinema history?
yes, when captain foot fungus gets hit so hard by thanos she disappears from almost the entire rest of the movie, after yidsney planned for her to basically take over the movie

>another millennial hate thread
Lmao.Lol.It’s honestly kind of weird how every generation suddenly becomes a millennial expert the second rent, work culture, or dating gets brought up. Like why are people who openly dislike us always in millennial spaces writing essays about what’s wrong with us

I spent some time scrolling through Gen Z-heavy subs and boomer Facebook screenshots, and millennials are barely even there. Meanwhile every third post somehow circles back to us being entitled, broke, ruining industries, killing chain restaurants, or whatever this week’s accusation is.

At a certain point you just have to accept that the cultural impact was too strong. We gave the internet personality and now everyone’s obsessed. We are so influential lmao, I love my people. Avocado toast really broke society

Dr Strange made it happen because he knew which of the 14 million ways to defeat Galactus worked, so he knew the transport them all there and he casted some spell to catch them up on the situation apparently?

Speaking of which, why did Strange only view 14,000,605 outcomes? And why did he appear to be phaseshifting while doing so? He shouldn't look like he's doing anything. To us, it's instantaneous.
I don't get it. It's like the movies were written for retards. And I don't say that with contempt for the MCU, because I liked a lot of it prior to IW/Endgame, and some of the stuff that's come after. There's been some dumb stuff here and there but nothing that was outright insulting. Poor quality dialogue and/or just boring stories, sure.
But IW/Endgame was something new. It felt like the movie had to actively explain itself as if the presumption was the audience was going to be comprised of literal retards who wouldn't understand what's going on unless every character in every vignette looked at the camera and explained what the fuck was going on, whether their explanation made any sense or not, and it never did. The whole of everything in these films is complete nonsense. And seeing as people ate it up, I guess the presumption was accurate, so who am I to judge?

the last capeshit i ever saw was nolans the dark knight. im 22 and hope to never watch capeshit ever again

Exhaustion. And the moving Strange is doing is activating the time stone over and over and over again, which requires movement.

Faggot #1's lie is "TDK". Which we all know is BS as he's drawn to capeshit threads like a moth to a flame.

>get time stone from ancient one who is already using dark magic to interfere with time so no risk involved even though the affect time travel has on timelines is constantly contradicted in the movie anyway
>use time stone to reverse destruction of the "prime" infinity stones
>
Are The Avengers the world's stupidest superheroes? Fuck the whole "why didn't they get more Pym Particles first" crap, why the fuck did it matter that three stones were in New York at one "time" if you were sending three (four) individuals to retrieve each one anyway?
IT'S NOT FUCKING EFFICIENT UNLESS ONE NIGGA GOES TO GET ALL THREE.
Jesus Christ this shit gives me an anuerysm.

You are confusing Endgame with The Flash. They were trying not to wreck alternate timelines, not their own.
Also it's a time-travel plot. Not a single one of them has fully made any sense in the history of cinema, let alone a comic book movie.
>>
>>221590372
Yeah, but he's returning to the same "time" so to speak. His activating would potentially look different from his perspective, but to third parties it would look like nothing.
Doesn't make sense that the Time Stone costs time to use time, if that makes sense. I.E. because he appears to (somehow) be incapable of returning to the same "time" he started at, he is effectively spending time to view time, so eventually he'll unintentionally run out, because the writers didn't even watch the nigga's own movie.

>>le edgy bad ending
>t. hates "bad" (aka realistic) endings
there is nothing an intelligent man should hate more than the forced against all logic "happy" ending just for the sake of a happy ending, and Endgame is that personified
it is the dumbest 2 hours of mental gymnastics solely to undo the "bad" end of the previous film in existence

People have enjoyed silly mindless spectacles on screens since the first projection of a Train "Coming Right At Us!!".
Like Transformers, and Fast and Furious, and a shitload of other franchises, it's just light, relaxing shenanigans.
You don't have to angery-post at them like Martin Scorcese.
>>
You can see the slop pipe nozzles actually glowing hot from spewing so much raw stinking turd onto the screen
>>
>>221590479
>They were trying not to wreck alternate timelines
Yeah I don't think that's true, based on everything they end up doing in the past. Not to mention that their genius solution during OP's battle was to just randomly send the gauntlet through space-time via the Mystery Machine. And then, when they finally have all their ducks in a row, the final solution is to... send Captain America? To somehow return each stone to the exact zeptosecond they were taken, which itself is a bit ironic because that creates a causality loop, wherein he would run into himself and others stealing the stones, potentially creating a multiversal war.
I'm still waiting for the part where The Avengers are supposed to be the heroes, because they just seem like selfish, narcissistic morons who are incapable of admitting defeat and getting on.
How in the fuck do you even return the Soul Stone?

Let me say again: Time Travel Plot. The moment you start watching a movie, and the plot develops around Time Travel, you are obligated to shut down a lot of your brain to enjoy the wackiness. Because it's going to be wacky nonsense. No matter how seriously it tries to take itself. And Endgame started with turning Ant-Man into a babby for laffs, which I feel is warning enough.

primer has none, even fucking looper has almost none I can remember and that fucking retard started his star wars movie with a fucking your mom joke, so this is not something necessarily inherent to it and is just a cop out for dumb & lazy writing bullshit

like happens with movies like this where nobody really WANTS to do it but not having the "bad" end has been mandated
