Rewatching Ulf's scenes in previous seasons, I fucking love this guy. They made Hugh into such a submissive lapdog by comparison. Ulf is like the only lowborn characted that behaves appropriately, Addam and Hugh are way too articulate.
He's not even intentionally rude or disrespectful, he's just overly personable to these stuck up faggots. His scene with Jace is such a gem. The only difference between the two of you is that Baelon was ashamed of having bastards while Rhaenyra is brazen in her denial. Don't even feel bad about him being made into a pincushion. And he has to take so much shit in exchange for a fucking knighthood. That literally any knight can give out.
They all deserve what's coming to them soon enough.

So they're basically the same in station as Dunk after his status stops being questioned.
