For example: if a character does something heroic and virtuous I look at their body language and ask them about it. Also their ability to appreciate art, design, structure and aesthetics. I find that its a better predictor for compatibility and “clicking” more than certain first date/first meeting platitudes.I usually make my girlfriends watch cowboy bebop. It also lets you plan strategies and plans based on how they “tick.” Reaction to media is often more honest than people realise, rarely do people obfuscate response to entertainment.
