Am I the only one who’s noticing this when I watch the webm’s?

Take this scene for example,
It’s like the camera operator struggle to balance then bumps into something.

All other scenes the camera is constantly wobbling or moving.
Sometimes it’s still for a couple if seconds then suddenly starts moving.

Extremely jarring. This is the same DOP as Interstellar and Oppenheimer???
