The Pennywise parts are good, but they make up maybe 15% of the series, and mostly at the end. Most of the story is about racism, and a big chunk of it is the exact same story as Sinners. Black people being happy and not hurting anyone and having a nice party when evil racists and Pennywise show up to lynch them.

And there's a scene where the kids ride bicycles in a graveyard and it's some of the worst CGI I've ever seen.
