So I finally got around to watching Buffy and episode 1.8 ("I, Robot... You, Jane") is basically the same plot as MCU's Age of Ultron (2015) which was directed by Whedon. The episode was not written or directed by Whedon, although he has a voice cameo. Just thought this was very curious.

Ultron is also a comic book character, his storyline was similar there
