There's these people on film sets called "Directors".They tell the actors how to act and how to deliver their lines.In this case, the "Director" told corey to deliver his lines as if he was a teenager who thought he was way tougher than he really was. That's why he sounds like he's pretending to be a tough guy and it sounds stupid.
