Reminder RYM is shilling for “The Odyssey” all scores below 2.0 are being removed and banned. There are people spamming 5 stars
>>
did you watch the movie?
>>
3.44 is a surprisingly low score. I thought it would be higher, like at least 3.7
>>
>>221841383
Why are you reviewing a movie you havent seen yet?
>>
>>221841383
Since when "Rate Your Music" is now a place to rate movies?
>>
>>221841829
It’s a bit weird that it’s not a separate site. They have one for games that’s called glitchwave.

Im confused at this logic. Why should I HAVE to watch a movie I know from trailers, casting, design, and production commentary is bad? If I can see mold in a package of meat do I need to eat it just incase it’s kind of good?
>>
>>221841712
It was 2.54 yesterday

>food analogy
>>
>>221841929

I first noticed it around 2009.

Do I need to go to the Met to see Duchamp’s toilet art or can I get the gist from a photo?
>>
>>221842008
Are you dumb? Review: do not come to this grocer they leave meat out with mold on it

everything in trailers and casting and design are intentional. Moldy meat is not intentional. You're analogy would be better if you compared it to seeing blue cheese then immediately saying it's bad without ever tasting it.
That would have some logic too it.

Nolanoids are disgusting shells of humanity
>>

It was meant to be displayed for people to look at in person, so yes you need to go and see it.
>>
>>221841631
>>221841767
you dont need to watch movies to know they're bad, the high review scores just proves this is qualityslop.
>>
>>221842169
No I chose moldy meat over cheese because moldy cheese is actually good. Blue cheese would be representative of a far more abstract film like “The Mill and Cross.” The trailer for a major blockbuster film director should never be so overtly unappealing. This is because it’s a known fact the movie is not going to divert from what’s advertised because there are too many investors for that

Humiliation ritual

I used to be one of those people who did not understand the Christopher Nolan obsession. I thought Nolan’s movies were too serious, too complicated, and that Nolan fans were giving Nolan far more credit than Nolan deserved, but over time I started watching Nolan’s films differently and I realized I had completely misunderstood Nolan’s genius. I remember watching Inception and initially rolling my eyes at all the hype, but eventually even I had to admit that Nolan had created something incredible, and that iconic BWAAAAAM sound was somehow both ridiculous and completely unforgettable. Christopher Nolan is one of the greatest filmmakers of all time because Nolan has a rare ability to combine Nolan’s massive cinematic ambition with Nolan’s deeply human storytelling, creating experiences that feel unlike anything else in modern cinema. The soundtracks in Nolan’s films are a huge part of what makes Nolan’s work so incredible, with Nolan’s collaborations with brilliant composers producing some of the most powerful and emotionally overwhelming musical moments ever put to film. I never expected Nolan to win me over, but Nolan’s dedication to filmmaking, Nolan’s attention to detail, and Nolan’s ability to make audiences feel the weight of every image, every note, and every BWAAAAAM have convinced me that Nolan truly stands among the greatest artists in history.
