i think i had higher expectations, but since backrooms is not a fixed concept, there's room for different aproachesi hope someone makes another backrooms movie that focuses more on the backrooms part rather than the subplot, because the visuals in this movie were actually fine
>>221843346It's a miscalculation. The fascination of the backrooms as a concept, whether you personally care about it or not, is the mystery of that realm. What is this, how was this designed, what dictates how this world is populated, and what's in here? Making it a character focused story was a massive mistake, it's why the first half is actually kinda compelling and the second half is a slog
