That isn't how any fusion reactor design works. Its classic Nolan misunderstanding physics so he can build a plot around it. The stock exchange scene always gets criticized too and rightfully so. Stock exchanges routinely reverse trades if theres a technical glitch or something illegal at play. Reversing "Bruce Waynes" fraudulent trades would've been easy plus every transaction that happened on the day the exchange was attacked by terrorist would've been scrutinized and undo if thought to be illegal.But really all of NolanBats movies have weak plots. Cool-factor carried the first one since it was novel and the second one benefitted from Heaths performance and a Joker that was darker than Nicholson's comic-book version. But the first one has the microwave generator that only excites water thats in a waterpipe and not the water that humans are 70% made out of. Plus why not just disperse the drug through the air like they did in Burtons Batman?The second one has a list of flaws as well but it gets away with many of them. Ultimately though Joker is a god without any backstory to explain how he became god and yet he continues to get away with his plans working despite relying heavily on shit outside of his control. Nolan is just not a good writer or plot builder.

I remember there were too many plots in the movie. Bruce Wayne invests all of his company's wealth in a nuclear tractor to provide "clean" energy to Gotham, then decides to simply shut down the program for fear that it will become a weapon.This is too complicated and I don't know if it can be viable.Batman retires, then returns, then is retired again, then returns, and then decides to go to Europe with Catwoman.The entire Bane plot in the pit with Talia The device is looking for Catwoman to erase her criminal record. Etc.All of this proves that Nolan can't tell a small, coherent story. Everything has to be epic, regardless of whether it makes sense.
