I don't think the scores he gave to Dunk and Egg were any higher (not that there's too much room with there only being two fucking points from the ceiling) and the worst thing that that show does is making Lyonel kinda maybe gay. With this rating system he'd probably have to rate early GoT like 15/10 per episode.
