>commits 57 federal crimes a day
>abuses his patients
>tortures his team
>pranks his colleagues
>sexually harasses his boss

>... is probably still the highest paid doctor in the entire hospital
How did he do it?
What is his secret?

Life of a white man before 2012
>>
>>221981168
at the end of the day, he saved lives and that was more important.
>>
>>221981847
this. theres quite literally an entire episode about why house became a doctor thats about this.
>>
>>221981168
Don't forget they always break in the patients houses

Also lied to families or forced them to tell truths that ruined them
>>
>gets brutally humbled in prison
>still the same asshole when he's back at the hospital
imagine being so based you're immune to character development
>>
>>221982240
he didn't get brutally humbled in prison, at the end of the day he still pwned the chuds

People always forget that if a patient gets to House it's because nobody else knows what's wrong with them. That helps justify all the unorthodox and drastic measures for me
>>
>have character based off Holmes
>call him House
get outta here
>>
remember when Hugh Laurie gave himself a limp from having to simulate one so much
>>
>>221982431
he only avoided being brutally murdered through being saved by others: the grasshopper convict and the prison doctor. He wasn't able to do it alone.
>>
>>221982663
i somewhat agree. but the problem is, even with such a specialization, the world of american bureaucracy would never let house exist
>>
>>221982240
He did become less of an asshole after the season in the rehab clinic.

He was keyed.
>>
>>221982772
that's why you need a Cuddy
>>
>>221982683
>has best friend character based off Dr. John Watson
>name him Dr. James Wilson
Who writes this shit, Kojima?
>>
>>221982772
That's the real pleasure of watching House: it's a fantasy where medicine is allowed to help people and bureaucracy is made to sit in the cuck chair and watch impotently as doctors save lives.
>>
>>221984124
let me guess, American?
>>
>>221982772
they go into how every time he finds a correct diagnosis of a mystery illness the entire team will publish papers on it. That’s huge for the hospital’s reputation.
>>
>>221984442
You have an illness that is moderately difficult to treat. Have you considered suicide?
>>
>>221984570
>it's a Foreman steals Cameron's paper episode
kino
>>
>>221984594
yes but suicide is super gay. Using the concept of a cuck chair to describe a tv show is not normal anon so take your own diagnosis/advice
>>
>>221981168
This is the boomers ultimate fantasy. They’re so right they get to call everyone else stupid and treat everyone beneath them.
>>
>>221984864
Getting triggered?
>>
>>221984911
yeah, Dr House sama save me
>>
>>221981168
It's made explicit several times throughout the show that House doesn't actually make much money himself. He makes more than the average doctor, but Wilson makes more, Cuddy Makes more, and Cuddy/Foreman makes more
This is because he's in a bit of a unique situation. Being at a teaching hospital, his breakthroughs/case studies are extremely valuable, and brings prestige to the hospital. He's the best at diagnosis in the country, and quite possibly the world; this is made clear several times throughout the show.
But, because of his shenanigans he's basically unemployable anywhere else. Other hospitals won't risk the legal issues (the majority of the teaching hospital's legal budget is directly tied to House and his team) and other teaching hospitals wouldn't deal with his personality - Cuddy and Foreman are uniquely capable of handling him (and we see how that ended up with Cuddy)

tl;dr version: House knows he's valuable to the hospital, but also a massive liability, so he basically just takes the pay he's offered - he'll make jokes and bitch about it, but he knows he doesn't actually have a choice
>>
>>221985190
No cure for being a faggot, sorry.
>>
>House openly lusts for a 15 year old girl
>House then calls the 15 year old's father a faggot for fucking "her" when it turns out "she" has XY chromosomes

>Chase has a threesome with a 17 year old at a wedding

>House flirts with a 17 year old and absolutely would have fucked her if he didn't find her mystery illness more interesting than the idea of fucking her

We'll never get kino like this again
>>
>>221981168
wasn't he basically the best diagnostician in the world? when you're that good at your job you just get to swing your dick around and other people just have to bear it
>>
>>221985284
don't be embarrassed for projecting your cuck fetish anon it's all the rage these days
>>
>>221985374
Yep, he treats several VIPs throughout the show, including high-up government people, world leaders, and billionaires

It's always them seeking him out though - House cares more about the puzzle which is why he'll take cases for random civilians too
>>
And people ask why I don't go to the doctor
>>
>>221985392
Sounds like you’re the one with the fetish anon.
>>
>>221985974
>>221984124
>>
>>221981168
>What is his secret?
Being the main character.
>>
>>221986415
You’re just broadcasting how triggered you are anon.
