Just finished watching season 2 (Yes, I know I'm super late) and want to share my thoughts.What I like:1) Feels like they've increased the budget. There's more action scenes compared to S1 where it's mostly talking and expositions. It's not often you get to watch cool fight scenes and courtroom scenes in the same movie/tv show.2) Charlie and Deborah are fantastic as usual.3) Heather Glenn's pantyhose. Yes, I have a pantyhose fetish.4) Bullseye's and Daniel's redemption arcs. Maybe because I'm old school, but villain redemption arcs are always welcome for me. I love how they make Bullseye more human here. I even feel bad for him when he cried. And Daniel as well, feel terrible when Buck kills him.[Continued in the comment]

Why did Fisk steal Charles' firearms when they already had a deal in the first place? Why was Luke Cage working for Charles? Who sent people to attack Jessica and why? And at the end when Matt declares he's daredevil, literally no one batted an eye. There's no scene where Mcduffie goes, "Wait, so you're daredevil?? Is that why you went missing this whole time?" Everyone was like, oh so he's daredevil, alright then, whatever. I hate it when movies or tv series do this. It's like a summary more than storytelling.2) Vincent D'Onofrio's Kingpin. The more I watch him, the more annoyed I am. He's really overrated. He always makes these weird expressions as if he's trying to act sophisticated and deep, but he looks stupid. 90% of the time, I can't tell if he's happy, upset or angry. Even when he screams, he sometimes looks like he's about to cry.3) BB Urich. I can't tell if she's stupid or that she just doesn't care about being murdered. She keeps leaking stuff that Daniel tells her. And she knows that Daniel is already suspecting her, but she still keeps doing it. I've never seen such an idiotic investigator/reporter.4) Heather Glenn's Muse. Her transformation into Muse feels forced. That's not how the mind works at all. Maybe it's because I'm a psychology graduate, so it irks me more. She's clearly traumatised by Muse. And you're telling me the way to cope with the trauma is to steal an earring and become Muse? >>2221362355) The ending. While I don't particularly hate the ending, it kinda doesn't make sense the more I think about it. Fisk commits a ton of crimes, even kills a bunch of people, but he gets to live freely outside of NYC, but Matt has to go to jail just because he self-proclaims he's daredevil? Like where's the proof that he ever committed any crimes? Where's the legal proceedings? All of the "crimes" that he was accused of were from Fisk, who was proven to be a criminal himself.Overall, I'm giving it a 7/10. The criticisms might seem a lot for this rating, but it's because the action scenes, Deborah and Charlie carrying the show hard.
