Homer NEVER says that the idea of the horse is Odysseus's.
In fact, the only interesting thing he says about the horse is that Helen tried to deceive the Achaeans inside by imitating the voices of their wives.
HE NEVER CALL ACHEANS GREEKS.
Sinon never appears offering the horse in the Odyssey.
The death of Agamemnon is not narrated by Homer. Laocon and Cassandra never appear trying to warn the Achaeans in Homer. Odysseus never laments the death of Ajax (He only says that Ajax is resentful and doesn't want to talk) or the bloodshed in Homer. Homer never says why Zeus blew a wind that caused them to get lost after Ismarus's plunder.
ALL this shit are in posterior works like the Aeneida

"But, as for me, what pleasure have I now in this, that I wound up the skein of war? For on my return Zeus devised for me a woeful doom at the hands of Aegisthus and my accursed wife.”

This is ALL what is said about Agamenons death

Fucking lorelet, there are constant references to Agamenon's death throughout the first few books of the Odyssey

The modern version you know is built off fragments.
Like ages armor you see there is semi accurate. It would be blackened plate bronze with that kind of helmet in battle. Bronze was expensive and hard for them to make brittle and purify. Carbon and sulfur would be in it. The most nobles would have something like that. Two horns on the top is not pragmatic as well
You can’t spot it. You’d want something to spot and workable. But it’s all pretty debatable. Military officers have always had multiple forms of dress some for ceremony and camouflage isn’t some new thing. His famous armor was actually a gift from another kingdom as.
It wouldn’t be that exact color most likely. It’s like you see knights in shining armor but in reality it was probably impure wrought iron kind of what you see on the Trojans in the movie. Almost a white color
