Hence why the Brits get their own school but then Europe splits between a French one and a Scandinavian one, all of the former Eastern Bloc EXCEPT Bulgaria then goes to the Russian one, all of South America goes to the Brazillian one and China, Korea, Japan and the entire Indian subcontinent all go to the Japanese one.
