I actually really like the first season. It's very comfy and I have very warm memories associated with it. Yes, it is cringe, but I still like it. It's cozy cringe.

Have to agree, was a comfy after school watch and always enjoyed it, doesn't discredit the criticism but it's not pretending to be something it's not, just corny millennial slop, much better than 2 broke girls, that's actually unbearable
First season wasn't terrible and then it became a breakout hit and had to do something "wacky" with sheldon each week. here's where I noped out

It's a mix of unironcally wholesome community and porn fantasy that made up the late 90's to late 00's probably because actual internet porn was just gaining traction with normies and the niche stuff was popular with nerds i.e. jav bukkakes and shemales.
