The absolute best moves on Earth are rated between 6.5-7.5 out of 10 here's why: When a movie is -actually- good it is not "universally loved by all" and thus not a 8-9-10 out of 10, when it is -actually- good it will be hated by: women, faggots, trannies, shitskins, etc, who will downvote it.

However, most 6.5-7.5 out of 10 movies ARE 6.5-7.5 movies but although masterpieces are the minority there, that is where they exist.
