Are trailer parks really this comfy?
>>222329667Honestly, yeah. Especially the rural ones where it's just a bunch of boomers with a bonfire and acoustic guitars. The only thing that's kind of weird to me is that because everything is flat, you can see into peoples' living rooms.
>>222329732Only poor people live in these thingsPoor people are trash
>>222329775OK that's great, hapacel. dad is talking to his NEW family now, okay?
>>222329667I lived in one for a few months during a job. Lots of people just did not care what happened to their dogs.
>>222329667No. They're actually filled with adultery, meth, illegitimate children and the type of ignorance that only comes from generations of poverty.
>>222329775>says the mystery meat teenager who was never had an actual job
>>222329667They're like other neighborhoods. Some are poor and less maintained while some are actually quite nice with winding streets, lawns, trees or palm trees, white fences and even parks.
>>222329853You'd understand if you had a CAREER instead of a job. But you're not white to anyone outside the trailer park, so you don't understand.
>>222329813why, what happened to their dogs?
The bad trailer parks are literally like Trailer Park Boys but in real life (you don't want this)The good trailer parks are basically run by HOAs on steroids that force you to live and decorate exactly how they want you to otherwise they'll kick you out (not like you actually own anything living at a trailer park) and it's also more often than not as expensive as just owning a real house or even still just buying a plot of land and parking a trailer there yourself. There's pretty much no in-between
>>222329775Poor people can be soul. My wife's younger siblings ages 6 to 12 lived in a park for a few years and these kids ran around with the other kids like it was Ed Edd n Eddy and this was in the 2020s. My point being only im places like that do kids still grow up right. They lived near a creek they could walk to which was cool but some trailer parks are legit in the woods, id take living in one of those over inner city or suburbia. Living innawoods is the dream
>>222329667compare it with living in apartments. it depends on the neighbors. can be good. can be bad. i lived in a trailer park where the owner kicked everyone out who is a dick and fucked up his property. it was a great time
>>222329952>a CAREERNo such thing lol. It's just your private fantasy play- pretend, that you're not stuck in a shitty dead end office job
I thought "trailers" were these things for like 20 years but I guess they're actually prebuilt houses that are moved once and then permanent.
>>222330333This is 4chan. Everyone has to pretend to be le bitcoin millionaire living in a mansion or they're le cucks.
>>222330350>white trash can't imagine a world unlike the one they experienceGee, I wonder why you can't get out.
>>222330459You're a faggot incel on 4chan. No one will ever believe you're succesful, no matter what AI "proof" you post. The only way would be to doxx yourself but then you would be immediately fired.
You can make bank living in a trailer park in a flyover state. Rent and cost of living is low, wages are high, there may even be some land tucked away in the trailer park to grow vegetables. I installed power lines in Connecticut before bitcoin blew up and I calculated that if I lived beneath my means and made sensible investments I would be a millionaire by 40, then I randomly made my first million before 30 lol.
I always get surprised when people say this place in America is poor or whatever because I always think it is middle class. At school they showed us a video about a city called Gary and I still remember how cool everyone thought it was while the teacher was saying it was a bad place, but they had asphalt and the buildings were made out of concrete.
>>222329667is this even cheaper than getting an apartment and not having to live in a trailer park
>>222329667Always makes me think of this Bill Hicks bit:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bGKUc-equnY>I feel like I could BUY a trailer right now, I know that much about them from watching COPS.
>>222330590You make your wealth through shitcoins? Anyways what is that chart saying, that thats the median cost to live in those states?
>>222330633Can't play your drum kit or jam in an apartment but you can do it in many trailer parks
>>222329667I grew up in a trailer park. Mine was a healthy mix of kind old retiree's and violent drug addicts. I used to walk to school and there was a kind old lady whod offer me baked goods. In my late teens/early 20's I was walking to work and she offered me a hit off one of those glass crack pipes. idk what she was smoking but t wasnt weed lolIt explains why she was always peeking out her window though lol
>>222329667Depends ENTIRELY on quality of neighbors. See live police cams for some bad examples. >>222329775There's poor, there's trash and then there's the star of Midwestern safety. >>222330833Based granny. Freebased granny!
>>222330770I was buying the odd bitcoin every so often since there were first memed here in 2012. Now I have a more diversified portfolio and I am trying to renovate a property, turn it into a business and sell it on. I could live off my money, but I kind of want to learn to run my own business instead of just doing nothing.
Probably the best people. Young, fun, travel.
I kinda like the idea of building a Tiny Home and planting in a park but I have no reference for how much it actually saves in rent or whether the quality of life will be awful from sentient garbage living so close by.
>>222330883>Based granny. Freebased granny!I miss that lady. If I was into drugs id definitely split a ball with her.
I live in a pretty comfy one. The Manager is strict and kicks out the super white trash
>>222329667I lived in one for a few years. I finally got enough saved for a down payment on a house when the housing market exploded up here in canada right around the covid lockdowns. It was all I could afford at the time, it was really nice and had been totally renovated but 250k for 925 sq ft doesn't inspire confidence. It was very comfy and the neighborhood was quiet, but space quickly became a problem. Some indians moved in next door and they would constantly stare from their trailer into mine. Privacy doesn't really exist. There's a ton of stigma around living in a trailer, but having now lived in one I'd recommend it as a starter home>>222331425depends on where it's situated. My park was right in a major city so lot fees were $400 a month on top of my mortgage
>"Yer fucking rights, they are. I live in the best one in the whole goddamn world."
>>222330388you can move them, but you need to redo the foundation and deck and whatnot. You can move regular house too though. Long story short, my father moved a repo'd bungalow (he won it in an auction) at low speed over 8 kilometers (that's about 5 miles for the english speaking fellas)
>>222332158I live in nova scotia so I've met some of the cast. Everyone is chill besides bubbles who is a complete dick to his fans and a known sex pest
>>222332271You can't move a trailer once it's 7 or 13 years old I can't remember, almost all trailers are stuck
>>222330643Almost anyone can buy a trailer, but you still have lot fees and you can get evicted from the park because you don't actually own any land
>>222331722>but having now lived in one I'd recommend it as a starter homeDoesn't it depreciate in value? That seems like one of the main issues
>>222332505maybe decades ago but the housing bubble up here is a balloon that's going TO THE MOON and no trailer is left behind
>>222329667
>>222330156lets just say they will not be constipated anytime soon
>>222329775you mean like your fellow dalits mr. crapreet?
>>222330622>scary gary >nice
>>222330251can I move to a trailer park as a black trailer-trash-aboo
>>222330622The buildings aren't the reason to be afraid of Gary, it's the creatures that live inside of them.
The one I lived by burned down in the SoCal fires and got turned into a mini mall so no
>>222329775Trashy poor people live in the inner cities
>>222333681Not trashy poor white people
this is a trailer park? i was picturing caravans and rvs and shit
>>222332271>>222330388There's some town in the northeast that moves houses all the time. I forget the exact reason why, but there's some law where you can get an old house for dirt cheap because they are historical, but you have to move them because the land is unsafe? Something like that, I don't know
>>222332271They moved my house in the 20s with horses>>222333622Yeah suuure you did
>>222333813That's an RV park. An RV park is meant to be temporary (though some people probably stay permanently). For boomers on vacation essentially, they drive their RV and stay for a month somewhere. A trailer park is an essentially permanent place where they pack in a bunch of pre-build houses called trailers. The association is poor druggies because it's the kind of person who can't afford a real house, but also refuses to go to an apartment because they need privacy
>>222333910dont think we have that here thenthere are some people who live in their rv/caravan year-round here but it is far more common to be people on holiday like you mentioned
>>222333830Tim and Eric filmed The Terry's there before it burned down. Sand Canyon trailer park.
>>222329667realistically they're more like pic related and they fucking suck
>>222329667This place is looking much more cleaner and beautiful than any Tier 1 city in India, sir
/tv/ will tell you its comfy but would never ever live in one because uhhhhhhh
>>222336091nobody in this thread said they are comfy, everyone said they suck

they could be if you weren't surrounded by low IQ methheads
I would love to love in a cozy little manufactured home of 800 sq ft or so, I don't need much space, small yard, less to take care of. I visited some with my ex. The problem is that you never get to own the land. It's never really yours. You have to pay a lot fee every month to rent land and they can jack it up at any time. Yes I know property taxes exist. This is on top of that. The biggest reason I want to own a house is so I can maybe retire one day. But that will never happen because the only affordable houses are this rentoid shit. I can't take it. I've been cucked out of two relationships thanks to this. I'm a NEET again at 32 because there's no point in working anymore. I have almost 100k in savings and a 720 credit score and I cannot afford a home. All because some boomer faggots decided there should be a minimum lots size for houses, but it's fine to stack section 8 housing ten stories high. Also the banks won't give you a loan because it's considered a depreciating asset. But a house ain't because you own the land. Fuck this faggot nation. Total boomer death. Total zoning board death. Total banker death.
>>222337148That is part of the soul.
>>222332569>Saars everywhere>but hey at least my trailer appreciatedlol boomer mentality
>>222337214
If trailer parks were actually cheaper I would be living in a trailer park but you can't win in this world... Even tiny apartments are expensive as fuck... I need to build a solid foundation in life so I'm not struggling all the time but it's hard, man... It will get a whole lot worse before it gets better...
>>222336219looks like one of those sci-fi ring cities
>buy small plot of land>put trailer on it>do nothing until trailer falls apart in a decade maybe>get another oneAt that point you're like 30k deep over twenty years
>>222337214>100kCan easily grab a place in west Virginia
>>222333827>you can get an old house for dirt cheap>but you pay 10 times more to move itlel
