i address it every night in my one man show "who gives a shit"
>>222333370Who gives a shit? Me, when I'm sitting on the poopoo receptacle.
>>222333094LISTEN HERE FAGGOT!I was told the exact same thing in 2018.I decided to overpay for a ugly house in a nice neighborhood.Paid $315,000 ($5k over asking)House is not valued at $750,000.Every house in there area is $700,000+Every fag thinks shit will crash.Houses never go down in value. It's a roof over your head, that's always valuable.
>>222333094Watch Margin Call next followed by Too Big to Fail.
I bought a house for 288k in 2023 and felt stupid for doing it because the same house would have been 100k cheaper only 2 years earlier. I'd moved from la so it still felt like a deal. I moved from la specifically because I would never have been able to buy a house there. Last I checked the estimate on the house like 330k. I'm sure there is some sort of bubble, but I'm not sure I'll be affected at my price.
WHITEREPUBLICANLANDLORDS
Is it a bubble if it still climbs afterwards and the bounce back is so short?
the bubble popping isn't gonna burst and help anyone like the pastif houses get get cheap the rental cartels that didn't exist before 20 years ago are gonna go crazy and buy them up overnightthe age of the small landlord and 30 year old buying a starter house is permanently gone no matter what market conditions happen
>>222334175They did exist back then and they bought up properties then too. No one benefited from the 08 crash but major corporations able to take advantage. The biggest difference now is that people are expecting a second crash and preparing for it. A company wouldn't have the money to invest in buying more rental properties because they would take the biggest hit. If anything they'd be forced to sell to make up for the losses.
yeah just keep renting that shoebox from ,r. shekelstein kek
- Just buy your house in a non shitty neighbourhood, nobody gives a shit about bubbles outside bankers and wall street gamblers- Never ever take a variable rate loan, that's the 101 happy merchant trickYou can thank me later
>rent for nowhmmmmm
>>222333094What is the timestamp on that twatter screenshit?

>>222338180>Wall Street 2 Money Never Sleeps with my boy Shia Laboeuf
>>222333094>rentWhy are people so afraid of living with their parents to save money? Perfectly programmed goy slaves.
>>222336282>nobody gives a shit about bubblesYou poor naive summer child. You're in for some asshurt very very soon if you bought a house in the past 5 years.
>>222333094>thinking housing will decrease in the current <import unlimited thirdies> year
>DUDE LOOK AT THIS GRAPHOk meanwhile you keep getting poorer doomsaying shit
>>222338241this, live at home as long as you can, save as much as you can. went from barely keeping my head above water to having saved 50k in 4 years working minimum wage all because landlord sold the house i was renting and i moved back home
>>222334175Airbnb bros....we fucked all
>inflation getting worse every year>this asset will go down in valuelook, if you can't afford to buy a house just come out and say
>wait!how did that work out for people that waited to upgrade their PC?
The economy's been shit for 18 years straight, you can't collapse from zero
>>222339854Good.
>>222338247Only poorfags that can't pay their loan or suckers that get scammed by variable rate will experience asshurtEven in 5 years the delta cost between your buying price and market would be compensated rather than giving all your shekels to your landlord while coping about the next market crash to happen sooner
>>222339929ThisPeople telling to wait are the same one that didn't get any BTC because price was too high and it was a bubble. No wonder retards on this website are still poor incel faggots
>>222333094It' a movie about a broken clock being right once.Eventually he'll be right again, but screaming about the sky falling like he's Chicken Little doesn't make him Nostradamus.
>>222340373>I got mine!>better just buckle up!Usual faggot deflection.
>>222340416>BTCIt's at 55k right now. It clearly was a bubble.
>>222333543This. The housing bubble was going to pop for years. It still goes up.
>>222333094My problem with The Big Short is that it made one of the primary jews responsible for the crash into some kind of a hero.
>>222340442People were telling others to not buying it when it was 1000$ lol
>>222340440You sound poor (and more likely brown)
>>222340582When you're suffering I hope you remember this post and have some humility.
>>222340440I work at a grocery store and bought a house in coastal california, 3 miles from the beach, in 2022. If you are so incompetent and unskilled you can't get a job that can afford a house that is a you problem.
>>222340914lmao shit bait dude. Went way over the top with it like the retard you are.
The most telling line from Big Short was the bear sterns meeting>at the end of the day I just know [the goyim] will wind up paying the price>they always do :^)
>>222333543will literally be a tax liability that's worth negative when actually nice houses are just 3D printed (already happening in texas) and 80% of the population is sterilized for UBI
>>222333094>housing crash comes>rich people and corporations immediately buy up almost all of it>right back where we started
>>222333094Don't listen to these fags. I wish I bought 6 years ago when interest rates were lower. Housing as an investment forms the underpinnings of our entire financial sector, and homeowners are some of the most eager voters. The entire government is intent on perpetuating ever-increasing home values
I hate waitfags
I bought a house 3 months ago and it's already jumped 30k in value. It's nonsense and its only going to get worse
>>222333094Margin Call (2011) is also about that. Also this "TA" bullshit is literal tea leaves lmao.
Bought my house 11 years ago. It has nearly doubled in value by merely existing, let alone the actual upgrades I have done to the place. I get calls about refinancing, which I laugh off because my rate is untouchable in the current market.
>>222333543So what is the house valued at then?
