do people actually prefer spiderman 2 over 1?
>>
I personally like the third one the most
>>

Green goblin was a better villain but 2 has better writing.

doc oc sucked. he had no motivation to be evil except for the robo arms to override his brain. silly.

no he was pretty cool and fun to watch
>>
>>222348821
And Norman turned evil because of his green vampire gas?
>>
>>222350099
he got ousted from his company
>>
>>222348821
He did suck. Always annoyed be how he
somehow got super power to where he’s able to punches from Spider Man and be dead. He just got robotic arms. He’s not Green Goblin
>>
>>222350123
He seemed rather smart. He had money. Couldn't he have started another company?
>>
>>222348643
I prefer Spider-Man 3 over SM1.
>>
>>222350099
>>222350265
It's clear that Norman went mad with power and also wanted revenge for being fucked over by his company. A totally plausible and realistic villain arc.
>>
>>222348821
he commits all these crimes because he thinks he's going to get free energy from it and save humanity. doc ock actually means well even if his tentacles made him a schizo.
>>
>>222348643
X-men 3 and Spider-Man 3 are the best
>>
>>222350265
he was no steve jobs that one
>>
>>222350369
You’re either a huge contrarian, or just baiting
>>
>>222350334
the final boss fight was certainly the best in the trilogy although sandman went down quicker than I would've liked
>>
>>222348643
If you engage with 3 honestly I think its comfy best Spidey movie desu
>>

>he wanted revenge
And after he had started another Vampire Gas company? And succeeded at it? How was that not a fitting revenge?

I reiterate, at no point is he, or his son, ever shown to be poor or destitute. He had the mean, motives, and opportunity to start over, easily. If he was so sure about his formula, the company would have failed after he stepped away, and his better Vampire Gas would have made fools of his ousters.

Really, Normal should have pulled himself up by his bootstraps.
