I read the first two or three many years ago. The main character is literally a recolor of Sharpe, he even has a Harper esque sidekick. Instead of being a poorfag all the other officers resent they hate him because he is the son of an abolitionist.

Anyone know where to get the 4:3 release of this? Every torrent I find is of the bluray which cropped the show into 16:9 and the only 4:3 versions I find are clips on youtube that clearly show the footage was cropped for the bluray release.
