What’s your favorite Leo movie?
>>
>>222353268
The Departed or Wolf of Wall Street. These are objectively his best movies but not necessarily his best characters.
>>
>>222353268
This Boys' Life followed by Once Upon A Time in Hollywood. This Boy's Life is Leo and DeNiro before Deniro fell off

Gangs of New York and I'll defend his performance until my dying breath

Honestly I don't have one, I've seen his entire filmography and it's mostly films I enjoyed but having a definitive favorite is just something I don't have. He's been in 7s and 8s his whole career.

Django

Amanda Fix said Leonardo Dicaprio is her favorite actor and inspiration and watching him in Titanic is what made her want to become an actress!

That movie has a lot of great lines but nobody has ever seen it, it's really overlooked
>>

Boy's Life or Marvin's Room. Probably the former as Diane Keaton overshadowed the rest of the cast in the latter. What's Eating Gilbert Grape came out in the same year as BL and these two solidified Leo as a prime young male talent in Hollywood. It was only a matter of time until he catapulted himself into "proper" superstardom and Marvin's Room was kind of the antechamber of that. MR alone would've been enough to make that leap but it signaled that he's ready for it. Then Titanic came through and the rest is history.

nah, movie was going great, but nosedived when he sacrificed himself
>>
>>222355315
But "I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be" is very kino considering the theme of the movie.

>>222353932
Yeah. It is really good.

It went against his Rhodesian instincts most definitely. They were a dispossessed people and the ones still in Africa would not die to help some random African

Romeo and Juliet. Unique idea for a movie and he was pretty good in it for what it was. Wish they'd make more like it.
>>
>>222353268
In terms of his performance, gilbert grape and basketball diaries
>>
>>222356803
Retard performances don't count
>>
>>222353315
I agree. Those are probably his most fun movies? I guess you could argue Django perhaps but that’s not really a Leo vehicle and I prefer Departed/Wolf more.

I do actually like Titanic a lot but I think that’s mainly because I am autistic about that Ship

>>222353315
>The Departed
This easily. Also easily his best performance. I've found Leo mediocre in most everything except this and Blood Diamond. Not sure why he stood out in these roles, except that he was surrounded by great acting in The Depahted, and Scorsese directing of course.
