Everyone just focused on the competition between shit (Paramount) versus crap (Netflix).
They made the lowest offer. It was clear they wouldn't get WB.
Probably because Paramount (aka Skybound) only wants Warner to control CNN and Time magazine to just print rightoid propaganda, and Netflix would have shut down a lot of WB assets or sold them off.Universal is owned by Comcast anyway, which is insane. Imagine the company that sells you TV and Internet Service is also the company now making TV and Internet movies.
