If the movie is real, Rekall coincidentally programmed a standard vacation package that perfectly matched Quaid's highly classified life. Before going under, Quaid designs a woman matching the exact face of Melina, his real-world contact. Additionally, Rekall technicians explicitly mention a "blue sky on Mars" and display models of the top-secret alien reactor on their screens before the procedure even starts.

2. Dr. Edgemar's Prophecy
When Dr. Edgemar visits Quaid to warn him he is trapped in a schizoid embolism, he predicts exactly what will happen if Quaid shoots him.
