>>222358993the equation for good animation takes 3 things>money>labour>talent/sovlin the case of picrel they got lucky by getting the US chinkoid-infused (functionally infinite) funding from Riot mixed in with the French solid draftsmanship and atelier culture coming through the shows artstyle i.e. what you could call "soul"that said the equation is still accurate as they did have to skimp on the labour part with it being 3d and heavily reliant on vfx but I think they struck a nice balanceif you want more animation like this just follow the same formula, new world money with european draftsmanship and aesthetics (aside from the French, most Polish and Spanish studios are a safe bet) mixed in with maybe some chink outsourcing to help with the labourhope this helps
