The inferno part of the divine comedy was already adapted in 1911. Paradise lost would be much harder to adapt than the divine comedy.

Paradise Lost would be extremely hard to adapt too.
Speaking of English literature, are there any good Canterbury Tales adaptations? I never looked this up but it would make for some good kino I bet
