It's the best Star Wars movie and I'm tired of pretending otherwise.Yea, the rest of Disney Wars sucks but R1 is 10/10.

The beginning is pretty interesting but it falls to shit when Jedha gets Death Star'd. Characters suck, Vader sucks.

The first act feels slow and disjointed. The movie's opening hour drag, the pacing is uneven, with the first half feeling "meandering" before the story picks up momentum for the final act on Scarif . The sheer number of new characters introduced quickly can make the narrative feel "sporadic" or rushed as the film tries to establish the team before launching into the heist .
