Is Bear in the Big Blue House the only time Disney had a popular show and then just never legally re-released it for many years til it was on Disney+/never legally re-released it ever again?

This was among the most popular preschool shows in the 90s. Not Barney and Friends or Blue's Clues level of popularity, but it was definitely top 10, maybe even top 5 of ones that premiered in that decade. However, after the show stopped rerunning in 2007, Disney never made it legally available again until 2022.

I'm wondering if this is the only time Disney ever buried a popular show.

Ah, Bear In The Big House. It was huge back in the day, really popular. But for some reason, Disney never re-released it. Or, well, before Disney+ at least.
Was it the only case where Disney did this though?
