The Father, hands down. One of true 10/10 movies. It won a bunch of awards, but it is still criminally underrated.
It was also carefuly crafted, on a rewatch you will notice subtle changes in background, play with lights, tricks the movie play on you that have hidden meanings, things you didn't notice during first watch.
That is, if you can manage to watch the movie second time, considering it's subject matter.
