I'm not gonna read the thread because I think all /r/cinemassacretruth faggots should be tortured and killed, BUT... I think he has cancer and recently went through, or is going through, chemo. I work in a hospital and this is how the people going through late stage cancer look shortly after starting or during chemo and steroids. Their face bloats, they seem sleepy and slow due to the pain medication, they have black circles under their eyes, basically everything you can see in the video that he is showing. If I had to put money on it I'd bet he finished his last round of chemo a few weeks ago, the doctors said it was too far along and had probably metastasized in his liver or on his bones like his spine or pelvis and couldn't do any more for him, and now he's just waiting for the end. Sad shit but it's a reality for people who get stage 4 cancer that spreads quickly. It was a nice sendoff for him though. I hope I am wrong, but even if I hadn't seen him in vids before I would still think the same thing if it was my first time seeing him today.

That only happens if the stroke happened in the area of the brain which controls those muscles. A lot of strokes, especially mini strokes (my Dad had one and he's not even close to the same guy he used to be with how he acts and finds joy in life, it's fucking awful) it can result in things like confusion and your balance being thrown off and mood changes (what happened to my Dad). This doesn't look like stroke to me though, unless it was a minor stroke with multiple other maladies added on top of it, or even an ischemic or cluster stroke that is being treated with things other than blood thinners or surgery but that would still not have the same signs he is showing in the video other than the constant swallowing and speech impairment that he would show after a lot of therapy.
