Masons are actually incredibly boring. At least Craft Masonry is, it starts to become more interesting once you become a Master Mason and get invited to more niche lodges that have more lofty ideals beyond the basic enlightenment fraternal gentlemans club it really is. There's ones that only accept Christians, for example. And ones that believe in Hermeticism.
