I was enjoying this movie right up until the moment the previous ship's captain showed up, it was so fucking stupid. So this guy who is all fucked up by the sun is somehow superhuman? And the second ship's computer doesn't somehow alert the crew that some unauthorized personnel is aboard the ship even though it was aware of it later on when it is accounted for when Cillian Murphy's character asks the computer about the crew's oxygen consumption.I'm mostly pissed off that the movie decided to have this silly antagonist instead of just having more malfunctions or difficult situations, instead of sticking to being a enjoyable sci-fi disaster kind of movie it went for this shitty horror angle.
I thought The Count of Monte Cristo (the Jim Caviezel one) was doing a great job of cutting down an absolute doorstopper into a reasonable movie length but the ending was so goddamn lame compared to the book.
3:10 to Yuma was a perfect Western until Russell Crowe murdered his entire crew for literally no reason. What a batshit and stupid ending.

It was never a sci fi thriller it was a gross bleak catholic danny boyleshit depression movie from the first shot where the cast are wearing no makeup and every acne scar is captured. It was nonsensical from the first exposition. It never 'changed track'. I think there are retards who just see a 'spaceship' and start clapping. This Is My Star Trek!
