Before I watched the End of Oak Street I worked out and mixed 8 ounces of water with powdered Pedialyte. I also went to Chipotle and had a burrito and chugged the remaining pedialyte which was 2-3 ounces, then saw the movie.

Normally I drink too much water when working out, when eating. I also want at least a sip during a movie. Most electrolyte drinks and mixes don’t work too well but that one really does.

I often wear a light North Face raincoat that has interior glove pockets on either side. I often smuggle one small 11.1 oz can of coconut water, or two if I buy popocorn. But now that it’s summer I feel it may become too obvious.

This. There's no reason to drink them unless you're medically dehydrated or trying to avoid a hangover. Just drink water.

Yeah it's always hard to smuggle stuff in the summer
