I remember even the most cautious about following every COVID restriction and whatnot people passing by this because it was a bit too early and a bit unnecessary as we were all living it. I'm not really sure what the intended propaganda effect was people who listened didn't care to see more and people who didn't got more evidence it was a propaganda campaign
