The FL quits her cushy conglomerate job to work for a fashion company founded by her k-pop bias. But then she finds out the day to day CEO duties are actually done by the hot childhood friend of her kpop bias. She ends up choking while in said CEO's office on her first day and is saved by CEOnim. This sets up the foundation for the love triangle since how can her bias compete with someone that actually saved her life, she just hasn't realized it yet.
