Loki once fought the Fantastic Four and he beat invisible woman instantly by reversing the polarity of her shields, so she ended up suffocating herself with them while she was trying to trap him, and that was just such a simple spell for him that he did it immediately without any tells. Doom is not as powerful as Loki usually, but his magic should be enough to fuck Magneto up.
