I was rewatching Rob Ager’s Shining videos and so many of them are straight up nonsensical and retardation. I’ll just list a few>The evidence that points to Jack being a child molester is that Rob believes with 100% the man in the dog costume was switched because it looks like a bear even though it looks like a jowly bull dog>conjecture based simply on props. Even though when The Shining had came out literally nobody would have picked up on very minuet details like Jack reading a Playgirl article that so happened to be discussing incest or molestation or whatever. Rob seems to forget that home video wasn’t even a thing at the time of The Shining’s release, and certainly wasn’t as refined as a Blu ray 4K Ultra HD copy that allows him to make shit nobody cares about videos like these. Which leads me to believe that the Playgirl article was probably some in joke on set>Jack being the hag and Danny being Jack in some weird roundabout way to visualize the molestation is just retarded and doesn’t make any sense. For obvious reasons. Jack enters the bathroom with a lustful, almost evil like stare on the ghostly woman when she’s young and sexy and only runs off when she’s old because it’s clearly supposed to convey how unhappy he is with WendySo yeah, that’s just a few points here. I could keep going. I just decided to rewatch them for background listening and realized how dumb all of it was
