Another hot original take from the Drinker!!!
>>
Tremors IS a good movie. It's excellent.
>>

>writing perfection
lol it's a pleasant schlock movie, that's it. What a buffoon.
>>
This post is advertising or begging.
>>

It's the best in all of Los Angeles.
>>
>>222784487
it's a pun on the town's name (Perfection, Nevada). also, the first flick is unironically a perfect creature feature - great monster and effects, memorable and loveable characters, perfect pacing and a satisfying ending. within its genre it is basically a perfect film
>>
>>222784530
i have never watched a single second of RLM but it IS perfectly executed. name me one B monster movie from any era that is better

report eceleb threads as off topic

That 70's show is over, homeslice.

It's 2026 and time to admit Tremors is perfection for one reason and one reason alone: no niggers. Hell, I'd move to a town of giant sand snakes if it promised that. I'd ride those bitches around like Timmy from DUNE.
>>
>>222785384
Why did they never make
>Tremors: In Tha Hood
?
>>
>>222785439
>AW HELL NAW I DON'T FUCK WITH NO SNAKES LAQUANEESHA WE GETTIN THE HELL OUTTA HERE AW SHIT THE SNAKE GOT ME TELL LITTLE MARKENEESHA HE STILL CAYN'T HAVE MY CHILD SUPPORT
>>
Let me guess, he stole everything from the RLM Tremors Re:View
>>
>>222785872
nobody but bots watches critical drinker so we'll never know.
>>
>>222785872
You guys are so weird to me. Do you really need strangers online to tell you how bad ass Tremors is after you've already watched of a dozen times?
Are we a /tv/ board or a YouTube Reaction board?! Answer me.
>>
>>222784487
There's not a single wasted line of dialog, nor a single wasted shot. It's objectively perfect from both a writing and a directing standpoint.
>>
>>222784416
Mike Stoklasa already did this video about 15 years ago.
>>222784459
It's fine. People jerk it off because they are expecting it to be crap, and it's not crap. This shock makes people think it's better than it really is.
If the quality of its script was in the script for a movie of a different genre, nobody would take any notice.
>>
>>222784416
They should remake this with Austin Butler and John Bernthal.
>>
>>222785315
>a perfect creature feature
Yeah but that's like praising a retard for managing to eat a meal without getting any of it on his shirt.
It's amazing for a retard, but for a normal person it's nothing special.
>>
>>222784416
There's something so stultifying about this type of filmbro who takes crap like Star Wars and culture wars seriously and the only movies he otherwise watches is some bullshit his parents had on the VHS back when he was a little weener. He's literally still a fucking toddler, mentally speaking.
I hope he drinks himself to death.
>>
>>222785348
the thing
>>
>>222786832
>the only real example is literally the greatest movie the genre has ever spawned
i feel like this proves my point
>>
>>222784416
It is good; it's just not needlessly complex.
>>
>>222786853
predator?
>>
>>222786888
yes, alien and predator are the other films i had in mind. i was gonna say predator was more of an action movie, then i remembered michael gross and reba unloading on the graboid in their basement so that argument doesnt work kek
>>
>>222785348
Alien
Aliens
Jaws
The Thing
Predator
Gremlins
Predator 2
The Host
An American Werewolf in London
King Kong (1933)
The Blob 1988
The Hidden
>>
>>222784487
This is just how every youtuber titles their shit now to get attention. Everything must be "THE BEST EVER" or "THE MOST UNDERRATED EVER" or "SO MUCH WORSE THAN YOU COULD POSSIBLY IMAGINE." It's gay as fuck and they're all fags with no taste.
>>
>>222786962
anaconda too hell even prianha and some croc flick im missing somehwere. theres tons of schlockmonsterslopkino
>>
>>222784416
I fucking hate Kevin Bacon
>>
>>222786962
jaws and the blob i will give you. never seen king kong so i cant comment on it but i would not put the others over tremors. predator 2 MAYBE but it (while good) is derivative of the first movie and not as memorable. gremlins is good but not nearly as tightly paced or rewatchable. honestly never got the obsession with the host, the cgi was and still is good but i need more than that. AAWIL admittedly is probably better, that one hadnt even crossed my mind. tremors easily clears the hidden in my eyes. good list though, some heavy hitters
>>
>>222786766
Just because Mike did it doesn't mean he also can't. People need to be reminded what a good script is now and again, especially since the Tremors series is 90% garbage.
>>
Do you think he'll appraise Dolly's career positively, or give some 'edgy' take on her?
>>
Why do you all get angry at the most inconsequential shit?
>>
>>222784416
>Explains why the setup pacing acting and characters are all great
>Fails miserably when he attempts to do it
Really makes you think
