I'm sure we'll all pretty choked up by the passing of the actress Dolly Parton, so what are some nice feelgood movies to cheer us all up?

I personally recommend the film Music and Lyrics (2007) since it's thematically appropriate, and here you can see I have photoshopped the poster to make it appear as if Dolly herself was the Hugh Grant character.

Just watch a Dolly Parton movie, it's the best way of honoring her. Steel Magnolias is probably her best work, but if you want to feel good, maybe it's better to watch a comedy like 9 to 5.

Good idea, thanks anon.

Actually, any non-DP suggestions? I think it'll just make me sadder.
