my favourite parts of king's bigger, more expansive books were conversely the smaller and more intimate focuses on the miscellanea of their universes. like the denizens of derry, the effect of the ufo on the populace of tommyknockers, small smatterings of the world in the standhe's absurdly gifted at the short form stuff. i think i had most if not all of his anthologies.
