And the only one who definitely knows is Leia.Do Imperials know he’s a Jedi? Sort of. They know he’s a “Jedi Fugitive”. But when he alone walks out of the Throne Room Alive, the number of surviving Imperial Officers who realise that’s a big deal would be tiny. It isn’t publicly available information that Vader used to be a Jedi, and almost no one knows the Emperor is a Sith Lord. So yeah, Luke’s there to save the whole galaxy, but not to save anyone specifically. Unless it’s his child murdering dad. That’s more important than a single lady forced into slavery. He’s just like Qui-Gonn. It’s like poetry. It sort of rhymes.And he was a good friend.
